Em um território Yanomani isolado na Amazônia, o xamã Davi Kopenawa Yanomani tenta manter vivos os espíritos da floresta e as tradições, enquanto a chegada de garimpeiros traz morte e doenças para a comunidade. Os jovens ficam encantados com os bens trazidos pelos brancos; e Ehuana, que vê seu marido desaparecer, tenta entender o que aconteceu em seus sonhos.

O filme recebeu o prêmio como melhor filme no Festival de Berlim – Alemanha – Fevereiro, 2021 e no Seoul Eco Film Festival – Coréia do Sul – Junho, 2021 além de ter participado de muitos outros festivais de cinema ao redor do mundo. O filme é uma produção Gullane e Buriti Films.

Carolina Fernandes assina a Direção de Produção e Assistência de Direção para Luiz Bolognesi que assina o roteiro juntamente com Davi Kopenawa.

In an isolated Yanomani territory in the Amazon, the shaman Davi Kopenawa Yanomani tries to keep the forest spirits and traditions alive, while the arrival of miners brings death and disease to the community. Young people are delighted with the goods brought by whites; Ehuana, who sees her husband disappear, tries to understand what happened in her dreams.

The film received the award for best film at the Berlin Film Festival – Germany – February, 2021 and at the Seoul Eco Film Festival – South Korea – June, 2021, in addition to having participated in many other film festivals around the world. The film is a Gullane and Buriti Films production.

Carolina Fernandes signs the Production Management and Directing Assistance for Luiz Bolognesi, who signs the script together with Davi Kopenawa.
